Variants of Form

'Variants of Form' was produced in 2002 using analog equipment, wild imagination and a second generation iMac as a recording device. I have made music since then, but none of it has ever, in my mind, stood up to the tracks on this album. For me, this album represents "Beginner's Mind"- a mind open to new possibilities without any pretense to the past.
If none of my previous or future work would cease to exist, I would choose this work as my only work to be seen and criticized. 'Variants of Form' marks the height of my musical artistry, and I see all the material that I have produced since then as a mockery of that golden-age that existed for me back in 2002.
